When a gifted butter sculptor announces his retirement, his ambitious wife sees her hopes for future fame -- and the presidency -- melt away.
IMDB shows 3 stars in ratings while Netflix shows 4 1/2. My best guess is that this is a hit or miss movie with the audience. While it's not the type of movie you would run to the theater to see but would grab it from the movie store shelves.
The film has a great A and B lister cast who all mesh together nicely. Hugh Jackman was an odd one to cast for such a film, and I think he only did it so he can show off that he can hide is accent. Everyone plays their role perfectly, I especially liked Rob Corddry being semi-normal. Even Alicia Silverstone's small roll was well done, showing that she is truly an adult now. Destiny, played by Yara Shahidi was my favorite by far. She plays the quirky innocent girl with grace and charm, adding a grab to the story that actually makes you care about sculpting butter.
Although it is not the normal type of story some would watch, similar to movies like Bag Boy where you didn't know people really did sort of thing, it is a great watch. I enjoyed it and watched it the whole way through. I agree more with the Netflix audience than IMDB's, it's a 4 star movie!
